Services

Laguna Elite Wellness provides mobile massage services at homes, hotels, offices, and other approved locations. Our physical studio location is currently preparing to open. Services are provided by licensed, trained, and experienced massage therapists.

All sessions are designed for relaxation, wellness, and therapeutic purposes only.

Appointments and Booking

Appointments may be scheduled through our website, phone, or direct communication. Once an appointment is confirmed, that time is reserved specifically for you.

We recommend booking in advance to secure your preferred time and date. Same-day appointments may be available depending on availability.

Laguna Elite Wellness reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments when necessary.

Mobile Massage Requirements

Clients must provide a safe, clean, and appropriate environment for the massage session. Adequate space must be available for the massage table and therapist movement.

Laguna Elite Wellness reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is unsafe, inappropriate, or uncomfortable.

Payment Policy

Payment is required at the time of booking or at the time of service, depending on the booking method. We accept approved payment methods listed on our website.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Travel fees may apply for locations outside Laguna Beach.

Cancellation Policy

All appointments are reserved specifically for each client. Therefore, Laguna Elite Wellness does not offer refunds for cancellations.

If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

No-shows may be charged the full service amount.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late or are not ready at the scheduled time, your session may be shortened to accommodate scheduling. The full session fee will still apply.

Health and Safety

Clients must inform the therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or health concerns before the session begins.

Laguna Elite Wellness reserves the right to refuse service if massage is not appropriate for the client’s condition.

Massage services provided are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment.

Professional Conduct

Laguna Elite Wellness maintains a professional environment at all times. Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, or misconduct will result in immediate termination of the session.

Clients will still be responsible for the full session fee.

Laguna Elite Wellness reserves the right to refuse future services.

Travel Fees

Laguna Beach clients may receive no travel fee. Locations outside Laguna Beach may include a small travel fee depending on distance and scheduling.

Liability

Laguna Elite Wellness is not responsible for any injuries or damages that occur due to inaccurate health information provided by clients.

Clients assume responsibility for their personal belongings and property during mobile sessions.

Changes to Terms

Laguna Elite Wellness reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
