Appointment Reservations

All appointments are reserved specifically for you. Once your booking is confirmed, that time is no longer available to other clients. Because we operate on a limited schedule and provide mobile massage services, cancellations affect both availability and travel planning.

Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask that you confirm your availability before booking your appointment.

• No refunds are provided for cancellations
  • Same-day cancellations are non-refundable
  • No-show appointments are charged the full session amount
  • Late cancellations may not be eligible for rescheduling

This policy allows us to maintain fairness and availability for all clients.

Rescheduling

We understand that unexpected situations may occur. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate a new time depending on availability.

Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on therapist availability and location.

Late Arrival Policy

If you are late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to avoid affecting the next client. The full session fee will still apply.

Mobile Massage Considerations

Because Laguna Elite Wellness provides mobile massage services, travel time is scheduled in advance. Last-minute cancellations impact both scheduling and travel arrangements.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Therapist Cancellation

In rare circumstances, Laguna Elite Wellness may need to reschedule due to therapist illness, emergency, or unforeseen events. In such cases, we will offer the earliest available alternative appointment.
